North High School VENUE:
Due to the large amount of competitors who will be traveling from great distances we will be holding the entire tournament in 1 day. North high school is one of the best venues in the state with a large gymnasium that will ensure we have enough room to run all the divisions in only a few hours. The venue is conveniently located minutes off the highway and is easy to get to.
VENUE DIRECTIONS from interstate:
FROM THE SOUTH:
Coming from the south on interstate I-35, you will hit the West mix-master as you come in to Des Moines. Once there, you need to get on 235 going East, towards downtown. Once downtown, you will need to get off on 3rd Ave. Once you get off on 3rd and come to the stop light, you will need to pass through the light going East, to 2nd Ave. Take a left on to 2nd Ave, heading North. You will go a few miles, and will eventually go over a river/bridge. As you pass the bridge, you need to take your next left, on Holcomb Ave, and will see North High School on the corner. Park in the lot along Holcomb, and enter through the South doors.

FROM THE NORTH
Coming from North on Interstate I-35, you will hit the East mix-master as you come in to Des Moines. You will need to get on I-80 going West. Once you're on I-80 going West, you need to get off on 2nd Ave. Take a left on 2nd Ave, going South. You will go a few miles. Once you pass Euclid and driving down a hill, once that hill flats out, you will see Holcomb Ave with North High School on the corner. Park in the lot along Holcomb, and enter through the South doors.
FROM THE WEST
Coming from the west on interstate I-35, you will keep going East towards downtown. Once downtown, you will need to get off on 3rd Ave. Once you get off on 3rd and come to the stop light, you will need to pass through the light going East, to 2nd Ave. Take a left on to 2nd Ave, heading North. Coming in from the East on Interstate I-80, you will hit the East mixmaster as you come into Des Moines, and need to keep going West. As you come into Des Moines, you need to get off on 2nd Ave. Take a left on 2nd Ave, going South. You will go a few miles. Once you pass Euclid and driving down a hill, once that hill flats out, you will see Holcomb Ave with North High School on the corner. Park in the lot along Holcomb, and enter through the South doors.
